Periplo US Edition does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location.

Periplo US Edition uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads, including:

• Device identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Interaction data with ads (clicks, impressions)
• General location information (country / region level)

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC: policies.google.com/privacy

Android: Settings › Google › Ads › Opt out of Ads Personalisation

The app may save the following data locally on your device:

• Quiz scores and high scores
• Game progress and unlocked content
• App preferences and settings (e.g. language, sound)

This data never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.

Periplo US Edition is designed for all ages, children included. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (COPPA).

Age question and ads. Because teachers use it with their classes, this app is designed for both children and adults. Before any ad, it asks the player's year of birth once; the answer stays on the device. Players under 13 get only child-directed, non-personalized ads (no advertising ID, no tracking prompt); players under 16 are flagged as under the age of consent. Class games show no ads.

Class mode. A teacher can open a class from a Game Maker quiz. Students join with a code: no account, no name, no email and no free text is ever entered. Each student is shown a nickname generated by the app (e.g. "Clever Otter"), stored as a number. A class stores only the quiz settings and, for each device, its best score, time and the app language's flag, under an anonymous Firebase ID. A class closes after 7 days and is deleted within 30 days.

The only third-party service integrated into Periplo US Edition is Google AdMob. We do not share any data with other third parties.

• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time
